About

Hello! My name is Zaida Amador. My mission is to teach you how to build inner resilience so you can adapt and overcome adversity. As well as guide you to create and live your best life.

I am the epitome of resilience. I am a former foster child who was abandoned as a child by an immigrant mother. I overcame adolescent homelessness, abuse, and neglect. I am a survivor of domestic violence who understands what it’s like to feel afraid, alone, and co-dependent. In addition, I have struggled with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. On the surface, I understand adversity, external validation, and uncertainty

After all of my experiences, I have learned to persevere, to be resilient, and to find grit in the face of adversity. I used my own adversity as building blocks to help me rise. I have learned that you can’t change the past, but you can change your attitude toward it. Your future is determined by you, not by your past. It all starts with loving yourself and believing you are worthy of your dreams. You are a supernatural being!! I made a loving and fulfilling life for myself and my son, and you, too, can!!

Lets work together!

“Do not wait; the time will never be just right. Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.” George Herbert

Don’t dwell on the past any longer. You have a blank page in which to write your future. You must, however, make the decision to begin today.

Even in the darkest moments of your life, you may grow and shine. It is important to embrace the darkness rather than succumbing and sabotaging yourself. In the darkest hour of my life, I shone. You can do it, too!
